Our BnB Plan

Do you manage an Airbnb unit or short-term rental and require frequent and priority maintenance? Join the BnB plan and get our home maintenance rate ($100/hour) discounted by 25% for any maintenance services performed. We will also guarantee to get to you ASAP and within 24 hours of your request. Any request for which we are unable to get to you within 24 hours, we will credit $50 to your next service invoice. The cost for this plan is $49/month per property and can be canceled anytime. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.

Note: The discounted rate only applies to home maintenance services, and does not include electrical work or costs of materials and supplies that may be needed for the service. See below for typical home maintenance services provided.

Upon request, we will attempt to schedule a time to come out during standard business hours – 8:00AM – 6:00PM. In rare cases, we may be able to provide service during after hours. If the 1st available time we offer is not accepted and we are unable to get to you within 24 hours, the $50 invoice credit will no longer apply to the service.
